Announcement of the 4th quarter 2011 interim results

The Acta Group will announce its 4th quarter interim results on Wednesday 29nd of February at 08:30 (Oslo time).

The Acta Group’s management would like to invite shareholders, analysts, brokers and financial press to the presentation, which will be hosted by the Chairman of the Board, CEO, CFO and Managing Director in Acta Markets. It takes place at Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, Vika, Oslo, Norway. The presentation is open to everyone.

The presentation will be held in Norwegian and can also be seen live or on demand via internet. Please use the link provided on Acta`s Investor Relations internet pages www.acta.no/ir-en. The link will be available shortly before the presentation.

Starting 15:00 (Oslo time), the Acta Group’s management will host a conference call in English. The conference call will consist of a summary of the 4th quarter followed by a Q&A session.
