Acta Holding ASA has been informed that Rogaland Politidistrikt (the local Police) has charged board member Fred Ingebrigtsen for misuse of insider information. Acta will assist the Police and grant access to all necessary information from the company. This situation has no direct consequences for the daily operations in Acta.
