Buy-back of shares / Exercise of employee share options

On February 18th 2011, Acta Holding ASA bought 125,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 2.88 per share.

The acquisition is in accordance with the authorisation to the Board of Directors regarding buy-back of own shares, given by the ordinary general meeting on May 11th 2010.

 

Out of a total of 13,453,994 outstanding share options, employees in the Acta Group have exercised 125,000 options at NOK 2.07. All shares bought by Acta on February 18th 2011 will be allocated to employees who have exercised share options on February 18th.  After these transactions Acta Holding ASA will hold no own shares.

 

Share options exercised by primary insiders:

 

CEO, Geir Inge Solberg, has on February 18th exercised 75,000 options in the Company, corresponding to 75,000 shares at the price of NOK 2.07. Following this transaction Geir Inge Solberg owns 335,000 shares and 805,000 share options in Acta Holding ASA.

 

Jostein Viken, Managing Director in Acta Asset Management AS, has on February 18th exercised 25,000 options in the Company, corresponding to 25,000 shares at the price of NOK 2.07. Following this transaction Jostein Viken owns 840,326 shares and 600,000 share options in Acta Holding ASA.
