HIDDN – Annual Report 2018

The Board of Directors of Hiddn Solutions ASA ("Hiddn") has approved Hiddn’s annual accounts for 2018. The annual report is attached and will also be published on Hiddn’s website: www.hiddn.no

A recently published statement from the Tax Authorities in April 2019 has created unclarity for several companies receiving Skattefunn (tax credit). Hiddn has therefore not recorded income of Skattefunn of NOK 3.1 million in 2018. The consolidated financial statement for 2018 has been adjusted accordingly compared to the unaudited fourth quarter 2018 report.
