HIDDN - Update to the financial calendar

Hiddn Solutions ASA (Hiddn) announced a potential business combination with Energos Group AS on 25 March 2019. The parties continue the process aiming at entering into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for a business combination and expects the SPA process to be concluded shortly. Consequently, Hiddn has updated the financial calendar and will publish the financial report for 1 quarter 2019 on 15 May 2019.
