Hiddn Solutions ASA – Annual Report - 2016

The Board of Directors of Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") has today approved the Company's annual accounts for 2016. The annual report will be published on the Company’s website www.hiddnsolutions.com on 30 April 2017.

As previously disclosed for the financial year 2015 in the prospectus prepared by the Company dated 26 January 2017, the auditor's report on the annual accounts 2016 includes the same qualification regarding verification of the opening balance of inventories for the Company's subsidiary, Hiddn Security AS, as the auditor was appointed in mid-December 2016.
