Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) implemented according to plan   Gross subscriptions of 9.5 billion kroner, compared to 5.6 billion kroner in the fourth quarter of 2006. This is partly due to large buy-backs of index linked bond series with high returns to clients where a substantial proportion of proceeds were reinvested. Furthermore, both real estate and the new asset class infrastructure were popular with clients. For the full year 2007 gross subscriptions amounted to 26.4 billion kroner compared to 20.5 billion kroner in 2006.   Revenues of 777 million kroner, compared to 546 million kroner for the same period last year. The increase primarily reflects higher subscription volumes. For the entire year total revenues were 2,270 million kroner, up from 1,814 million kroner in 2006. Recurring revenues are 78 million kroner in fourth quarter, with a coverage factor to fixed costs of 73%.   Operating earnings of 366 million kroner, compared to 248 million kroner in the equivalent quarter of 2006. For the full year 2007 and 2006 operating earnings totalled 1,069 million kroner and 919 million kroner respectively.   Assets under management at record high 90 billion kroner, compared to 70 billion kroner at the start of the year. Fourth quarter alone sees AUM figures increase with approximately 8 billion kroner, with high subscription volumes and investments made by Acta's customers' real estate and shipping companies being the main contributors.   Acta aims at paying dividends at the same level as for the 2006 financial year - 2.65 kroner per share       Oslo, 12 February 2008 Acta Holding ASA   Christian Tunge Chief Financial Officer +47 450 65 850 christian.tunge@acta.no
