Tom Pettersen, Advisory Director Norway, has through the investment company TSP Inves AS, on the 22nd of February 2010 bought 100,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA at a price of 3.25 kroner per share. After this transaction Pettersen owns and controls 544,942 shares in Acta Holding ASA.
