Sveinung Byberg, Managing Director Acta Kapitalforvaltning, has on the 5th of March 2010 bought 30,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA at a price of 3.43 kroner per share. After this transaction Byberg owns and controls 68,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA.
