Mandatory notification of trade

Coldevin AS, a company owned by Jørgen Pleym Ulvness, CEO in Agasti Holding ASA, has on the 13th of December 2013 bought 400,000 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of 2.3959 kroner per share. After this transaction Pleym Ulvness owns and controls 2,918,856 shares in Agasti Holding ASA.
