Mandatory notification of trades

Coldevin Invest AS, a company owned by Jørgen Pleym Ulvness, CEO in Obligo Holding AS and primary insider in Agasti Holding ASA, has on 19 October 2016 sold 6,963,538 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of NOK 0.2508 per share. After this transaction, Pleym Ulvness owns and controls no shares in Agasti Holding ASA.

Lokenmoen Invest AS, a company owned by Svein Erik Lilleland, Head of Corporate Finance in Obligo Investment Management AS and primary insider in Agasti Holding ASA, has on 19 October 2016 sold 1,822,917 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of NOK 0.2878 per share. After this transaction, Lilleland owns and controls 509,178 shares in Agasti Holding ASA.
