New Chairman of the Board in Agasti Holding ASA

The Board of Directors has constituted itself. Erling Meinich-Bache is the new Chairman of the Board and Beatriz Malo de Molina is the new Vice Chairman of the Board.

The remaining members of the Board are Sissel Knutsen Hegdal and Merete Haugli.
