Interim Report for Jan 1-Sept 30, 2000 * Net sales rose, from SEK 15,369 thousand to SEK 20,742 thousand representing an increase of 35% year-on-year. * The Company's shares have been quoted on the OM Stockholm Exchange's O list since September 4 * Agreements were signed for the provision of Internet services to the housing cooperative Masthugget and ebo ab renewed its contract with Thalamus for a three-year period. * Thalamus signed an agreement in November with Avantra, an information technology company, to create a standardized e-commerce platform. Moving the B-shares to the O list on September 4 was intended to obtain a seal of quality for Thalamus in the eyes of existing and potential customers, partners, ad shareholders. An initial contract was signed for 16,000 homes in Gothenburg during a three-year period, which makes Thalamus the first company in Europe to install broadband for detached homes. A contract was also signed with Sweden's biggest housing cooperative, which includes 1,169 apartments and 18,000 square meters of commercial space. ebo ab in Eslöv, south of Sweden, where Thalamus has realized almost 50% of its potential, renewed its contract with Thalamus for three more years. To make it possible for content providers and end-users to obtain better quality, Thalamus and the IT company Avantra signed an agreement in November to create a standardized e-commerce platform.
