Internet services from Thalamus and Gothnet released to real estate company Alebyggen Thalamus Networks' partnership with Gothnet has resulted in the first installing of fixed Internet connections for tenants of real estate company Alebyggen. The first step is to offer 900 tenants fixed Internet connections. And eventually, as the municipality of Ale will be connected to the district heating, detached houses will also have access to the services. "This is another phase in our co-operation with Gothnet", says Jan Tidelius, CEO of Thalamus Networks. "It's a good example of a co- operation where Gothnet takes care of the infrastructure and customer relations, while we manage and deliver the services." The agreement is for five years and gives tenants access to cable TV, and the possibility to choose between Thalamus' variety of services and add-ons. "We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to connect to our optical fibre network", says Mats Devert, CEO of Gothnet. "The new agreement is another step in that direction".
