New issue and sale of stock for SEK 310m for broadband company Thalamus Thalamus Networks AB (previously Advantech) will obtain new capital of SEK 250m, before issue costs, through a new issue of shares directed at Swedish and international institutional investors. Due to high demand, the main owners have also sold shares in the company for approx. SEK 60m. Thalamus Networks has carried out a private placement of 1 280 000 B class shares at an issue price of SEK 195 per share. The investors are institutional investors in the Nordic countries, the US, France and Germany. The newly-issued shares will correspond to 14.0 percent of the total number of shares and 6.8 percent of the votes in Thalamus Networks after the new issue. "The new issue means that Thalamus Networks now has the financial strength to develop intelligent broadband services and for expansion, initially in the Nordic countries", says Jan Tidelius, Chief Executive of Thalamus Networks. Starting on Tuesday 21 March, the shares in Thalamus Networks AB will be traded through Handelsbanken. Previously they were traded through Matteus Fondkommission. This change of market maker is part of Thalamus Networks' preparations for listing on the O- list of the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange in the second or third quarter of this year.
