Carl Bildt resigns as Director of HiQs Board

Carl Bildt, Director of the Board of HiQ International AB, has announced that he will be leaving the company’s Board with immediate effect after being appointed as Sweden’s new foreign minister.

“Carl Bildt has been a member of HiQ’s Board since 1999 and has through his long experience in the international economic and political field provided valuable analysis of the world in which HiQ operates. In his new role as foreign minister he will naturally no longer be able to commit himself to his work as Director of HiQ.
