Hannu Lehessaari proposed as new member of HiQ International's Board of Directors The nominating committee of HiQ International AB is submitting its supplemented proposal for the Board of Directors and asking the Annual General Meeting on 29 April to elect Hannu Lehessaari as a new member of the Board. Hannu Lehessaari will complement the current Board, bringing with him strong networks and considerable experience in Finland, one of HiQ's main markets. Hannu Lehessaari has worked in the industry for almost 40 years, 25 of them as Managing Director of various companies, before which a software company employed him. Hannu started Softplan Oy in 1987 and has run this company very successfully. HiQ acquired Softplan in April 2002. Hannu has a Master of Science degree in software engineering from Tampere University. "I am proud that my former company, HiQ Softplan, has developed well within the framework of the Group and wave HiQ's flag high in Finland. IT and communication will continue to grow again in Finland as well as in the rest of the Nordic region, and with a well-adjusted organisation, HiQ will be able to meet the demand.
