HiQ – a player to count on

At the request of the gaming company, GlobalFun, HiQ has further developed the mobile game LightUp for the Android market.  The development process involved close cooperation between HiQ Mobileyes in Moscow and HiQ in Karlskrona.

“This has been a really exciting assignment involving our skilled project managers in Karlskrona who worked closely with our cutting edge expertise in mobile development in Moscow. Android development is still in its infancy and we see great future potential in this field,” says Klas Nyström, Managing Director of HiQ Karlskrona.

GlobalFun is a gaming company active in the global market as a publisher and developer working with mobile operators, mobile phone manufacturers, TV stations and media channels.

The game LightUp is a logic game where the challenge lies in aiming a light beam through mirrors and other devices to hit a target without being sucked into a black hole or stopped by other obstacles along the way. GlobalFun’s business idea is to develop, publish and sell interactive entertainment through digital distribution channels on a global basis. The company has positioned itself as a publisher and developer of high-quality mobile games and sells and markets its games primarily to or through mobile operators, mobile phone manufacturers, TV stations and media channels.
