HiQ ACQUIRES PRESIS IN SKÅNE – STRENGHTENS THE POSITION WITHIN WEB & DIGITAL

HiQ acquires Presis, a digital development agency in Lund. The company has close to 25 specialists within systems and web development.

“This acquisition strengthens HiQ’s position in Öresund. It is an excellent widening of our current operations in the region. The acquisition makes us better suited to serve our clients’ needs more efficiently. All the way from idea generation to realization and within the areas of user, technology and business”, says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

Presis has much in common with HiQ and has a strong competence in prototyping and systems development. In addition to a corporate culture that matches HiQ’s.

At the closing, 16 March, HiQ will issue 128 114 new shares, corresponding to a dilution of 0,2%. Presis is expected to give a positive contribution to HiQ’s profit and earnings per shares, from start.
