HiQ appoints new MD in Finland

HiQ appoints new MD in Finland IT and management consultancy HiQ is appointing Panu Kause as new MD of its Finnish subsidiary, HiQ East Oy. Panu Kause has helped build up HiQ's operations in Finland from the outset, working as a telecoms consultant, salesperson and head of Human Resources. Before this, he was employed by the Sonera Corporation as head of product development at Mobile Operations. Panu Kause is 30 years old and has worked 7 years in the telecoms industry. "I have worked at HiQ East Oy since the operations started, and helped build them up. HiQ is a successful company and I am excited about continuing to develop its operations," says Panu Kause. "Panu Kause has longstanding experience of the telecoms industry and I look forward to continuing to build up our Finnish operations together with him and his team," says Lars Stugemo, CEO of HiQ. The Finnish subsidiary, which currently has around 10 employees, focuses on systems development and management consulting for leading suppliers and operators such as Nokia and Worldcom.
