HiQ broadens its range of services and extends its collaboration with Ericsson The IT and management consultancy HiQ is broadening its range of services within the framework of its preferred supplier agreement with Ericsson to include technical documentation. Services in areas such as product information and information analysis are now included. HiQ has worked with Ericsson since 1994 and as preferred supplier within research and development since 1998. "The contract means closer cooperation for HiQ as preferred supplier and we are looking forward to broader cooperation with Ericsson," says Lars Stugemo, CEO HiQ. "Today we can offer all our clients a more complete range of services in areas such as product information and information analysis. These are attractive services, particularly in combination with our other services in IT and management," says Stugemo. "In a world of increasingly technology-intensive and complex products and services the requirements of technical documentation are greater. By broadening our range of services we can offer our clients a more comprehensive commitment - which is good both for our clients and for HiQ," says Stugemo.
