HiQ develops WAP call center with Ericsson's product unit in California HiQ has developed a new WAP service for Ericsson's product unit in California that is to be included in the next generation of Ericsson's NextCC call center. Today, call centers are critical to the operations of many companies, and NextCC is Ericsson's new multimedia call center that enables fully flexible call flow management control. The functions HiQ developed are called WAP-supervisor and mean that call center efficiency can be monitored via a mobile telephone. Ericsson recently launched the new service at the Cebit trade fair.
