HiQ develops WAP mail for Telenordia Today sees the launch of Telenordia's new WAP-enabled webmail service for mobile phones. HiQ was called in to help develop the service. "HiQ and Telenordia have jointly developed a service that in a simple way allows people on the go to have constant access to e-mail. The service is based on an application with a WAP interface that enables communication between mobile handsets and the Internet," says Per Stigenberg, Account Manager at HiQ. HiQ has been working with Mobile Internet for several years and has acquired a broad experience of mobility, the Internet and machine-to- machine communication. Today 65 of HiQ's consultants are working in Internet and Wireless. The demand for this type of assignment continues to grow.
