HiQ expands its collaboration with the Swedish Tax Agency

HiQ is helping the Swedish Tax Agency to remain at the forefront of advances in digital technology. HiQ is now delivering an agile team that will improve and make everyday life simpler for all companies, organisations and wage-earners throughout the length and breadth of Sweden.

The HiQ team is tasked with leading and staffing a project to develop a system to manage tax assessment calculations.

New legislation governing the information employers provide about individual employees requires the Tax Agency to implement certain changes in its income tax assessment processes. HiQ’s agile resource team will now help implement these changes.
“The Tax Agency is one of the government agencies that enjoys the highest degree of trust and confidence among the citizens of Sweden. Now we have the opportunity to help the agency to become even more efficient. We have been helping the Tax Agency to modernise and digitise its services for more than ten years, and this new assignment enables us to continue to build on the results we have achieved so far,” says Magnus Gudéhn.

The agreement is valid until 31 March 2019, with options for a 30 months extension.
