HiQ’s CEO adjusts his shareholding in the company

Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ, has decided to adjust his shareholding in HiQ. After the selling his holding amounts to 797 500 shares, corresponding to 1.6 percent of the company.

“I have entered a new stage of my life with a new family and the sale of the shares will give me more room to manoeuvre in my personal finances. That is important to me in my current situation in life,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ. Lars Stugemo has sold 325 000 shares and remains a share holder of 797 500 shares, corresponding to 1.6 percent of the company. Still leaving him one of the five biggest private shareholders in HiQ. “For the past ten years I have held nearly 100 percent of my assets in the form of HiQ shares. Most people would agree that as a private individual my assets should be more diversified. At the same time, I will remain a major shareholder in HiQ, which is important to me in my role as President and CEO and as one of the founders of HiQ,” continues Stugemo. “HiQ is a highly efficient, quality company with a strong market offering.
