HiQ signs 3-year framework agreement with Teracom HiQ has signed a new framework agreement with network operator Teracom. The agreement covers consulting services within technical sales support, network and technical strategies, network specialists and project management and extends over three years. "HiQ had a framework agreement with Teracom previously and we enjoy good cooperation with them. We see the fact that Teracom has decided to sign a three-year agreement with us as proof of the fact that our expertise in telecommunications and advanced systems development provides a basis for long-term cooperation with leading players in the market.
