HiQ has signed a three-year agreement with the Finnish Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK). The agreement covers application management and further development of STUK’s integration solutions. The service ensures the functionality and change capacity of STUK’s integration environment.

HiQ will provide overall management and troubleshooting services for STUK’s integration software and the solutions implemented by using it. The contract also includes further development of the solutions and the possibility to extend the agreement period by additional two years. By virtue of the agreement, HiQ takes the lead responsibility for STUK’s integration software and applications.

”Our goal was to agree on a long-term cooperation in order to secure a high level of expertise in integration issues. HiQ proved to be not only the most competent but also the most cost-effective supplier,” says Ari Rosenberg, system manager at STUK.

”Our integration services correspond very well to the needs and requirements of STUK. Strong expertise is needed, especially in this kind of case in which the integration environment is becoming an increasingly important component regarding the functionality of data systems. Through our competence HiQ provides the right kind of expertise for each phase of the integration life cycle,” says Jukka Rautio, managing director at HiQ Finland.

The new integration environment has been established and the service will be launched at the end of May.
