HiQ signs frame agreement with Telenordia

HiQ signs frame agreement with Telenordia IT and management consultancy HiQ has signed a frame agreement with telecoms operator Telenordia concerning consulting services in the fields of systems development, service development and management. Telenordia is Sweden's third largest fixed network operator, offering a broad range of telephony, Internet and datacoms services.
