HiQ signs frame agreement with Telia Communications IT and management consultancy HiQ signs a frame agreement with Telia Communications AB concerning consulting services for systems and business development. Telia Communications is a subsidiary of Telia and is responsible for telecoms and datacoms services for the corporate and consumer markets.
