HiQ signs frame agreement with the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency HiQ is signing a frame agreement with the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency (PTS). The agreement applies to consulting services within strategy and management. The frame agreement has a two-year term. "The frame agreement involves strategy and management consulting within areas such as market analysis, the awarding of licenses and studies of a financial or technical nature. This applies to fixed telephony, mobile services and infrastructure," says Patrik Boman, MD of HiQ in Stockholm. "The agreement is a natural part of a continued successful working relationship with a satisfied customer, which is something we are proud of. HiQ has been working with PTS since 1999 with for example number portability and the analysis of the applications for the four UMTS licenses," continues Boman. PTS is the Swedish authority that supervises the areas of telecoms, IT, radio and postal services. The goal is for all Swedes to have access to efficient, value-for-money communication.
