HiQ signs framework agreement with Swedia Networks AB Under the agreement HiQ will provide its innovative technical, telecommunication and management consulting skills. The agreement confirms HiQ's role as a full coverage supplier of telecom services. Among its tasks, HiQ will work with Swedia Networks and contribute its technical and business development skills to develop a new concept for urban networks. HiQ has been working with Swedia Networks since 1998.
