“HiQ has worked with organisations within the City of Gothenburg for a number of years. A good example is Renova AB, a company that works in waste recycling. HiQ has helped Renova AB to develop of a new transport planning system based on GSM/GPRS. The new agreement will allow us to continue to serve existing clients in the public sector while at the same time expanding our presence in this sector by collaborating with completely new authorities,” says Jerker Lindsten, Managing Director of HiQ Göteborg.

The City of Gothenburg’s various enterprises offer support and services within many areas including schools, care and welfare, planning, road and land maintenance, the environment and recycling, culture and leisure activities, consumer support, public transport, town planning and building permits.
