HiQ signs framework agreement with the Government Offices of Sweden HiQ is signing a framework agreement with the Government Offices of Sweden. The agreement covers business and systems development. "The Government Offices of Sweden is a new client for HiQ and we are delighted to have become a new framework supplier to this authority. The framework agreement strengthens our position within the public sector, a market area in which we are taking share all the time," says Patrik Boman, Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm. The framework agreement includes consulting services in business development and strategy, project management, systems development and systems management. HiQ is a new supplier and won the framework agreement against competition from previous framework agreement suppliers. "Framework agreements are of great significance and are often a prerequisite for doing business with clients," says Boman. The Government Offices assist the government in its work on governing Sweden. They include specialist ministries such as the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of the Environment. "We are seeing more and more public sector organisations reviewing their IT systems and IT strategies, and we at HiQ are experts in this. Having accumulated plenty of experience from previous assignments for many clients, we are looking forward to working with the Government Offices," says Boman.
