HiQ signs framework agreement with the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute The Nordic IT and management consultancy, HiQ, has signed a framework agreement with the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, SMHI. The agreement covers services such as IT-related business development and strategy, project support, system development and technical expertise. The agreement will be in effect until the year 2005 with an option to extend for an additional year. "SMHI is a new and interesting customer for HiQ.
