HiQ signs framework agreement with the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency The IT and management consultancy HiQ is signing a framework agreement with the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency (PTS). The agreement has a term of two years and covers technical and commercial analyses as well as auditing and analysis at the granting of licences. In specific, it includes consulting services within for example fixed and mobile telephony, IP telephony, Internet services, infrastructure, number plans and radio-related issues. "HiQ and the PTS have been cooperating successfully since 1999 on matters such as UMTS applications, 3G measurements for operators, analyses of number plans and the implementation of a new cost model for Swedish operators. The Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency is the Swedish authority responsible for the areas of telecoms, IT, radio and postal services.
