HiQ signs framework agreement with the Swedish National Road Administration The IT and management consultancy, HiQ, has signed a framework agreement with the Swedish National Road Administration (Vägverket). The agreement covers all of Sweden and is for system development, technology and project management/project support services. The agreement will be in effect for two years throughout the country with an option to extend for an additional year. "Under the agreement, we will be able to work with all divisions of the National Road Administration throughout the country. HiQ has already been working with Vägverket Production in 2002, managing a project to introduce internal e-commerce and to digitise its product catalogue," says Patrik Boman, Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm.
