HiQ signs framework agreement with Vodafone Sverige The IT and management consultancy HiQ is signing a framework agreement with Vodafone Sverige. The agreement covers consultancy services within areas such as systems development, radio planning and project management. "We have worked with Vodafone Sverige since 2000 on both the technical and the business side. The framework agreement is proof of how much this client appreciates the quality we deliver," says Patrik Boman, Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm. HiQ has worked on radio and network design for both fixed and mobile telephony for a number of years.
