HiQ signs general agreement with Tele 1 Europe in Norway HiQ is signing a general agreement for 2001 with telecoms operator Tele 1 Europe in Norway. The agreement applies to consulting services in the fields of management and project management. Tele 1 Europe's business concept is to offer the best broadband solution for data, voice and the Internet to large and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region. "HiQ has worked with Tele 1 Europe since 1998 and views this operator as an interesting player in the telecoms market with whom we are keen to continue collaborating.
