HiQ signs general agreement with Teligent

HiQ signs general agreement with Teligent IT and management consultancy HiQ is signing a general agreement with international telecoms and service provider Teligent. The agreement relates to consultancy services within systems development, project management and management. The new agreement between HiQ and Teligent covers various initiatives within technical development and management services.
