HiQ signs general agreement with Utfors HiQ signs a general agreement for 2001 with telecoms operator Utfors. The agreement covers consulting services in the fields of strategic consulting, technical project management and systems development. HiQ has worked with Utfors since 1998, assisting the company with strategic consulting focusing on Utfors' Nordic initiative, as well as the development of corporate services. Utfors offers fixed and mobile broadband, Internet and telephony services.
