HiQ wins framework agreement with the Swedish Tax Agency
HiQ was the only company which received a full score in the Swedish Tax Agency’s procurement for services within IT Applications and is one of the four companies chosen to sign a frame agreement.

The procurement includes services within IT Applications and can be utilised by the Swedish Tax Agency, the Enforcement Authority, the Election Authority, the Swedish E-Identification Board, the Council on Advanced Tax Rulings, and the Taxation of Research Workers Board.
In the contract award decision HiQ has received the highest possible score within all areas by the Swedish Tax Agency. The areas are; Assignment Organization, Analysis and investigation, Agile Teams, Development assignment and Agile Team Java Development. The procurement was appealed by a competing consulting companies to the Administrative Court and then to the Administrative Court of Appeal and finally to the Supreme Administrative Court. All instances have now decided to reject the appeal.
