HiQ has won Kammarkollegiet’s (Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) national procurement for software and services in health care, schools and social welfare.
“What a pleasure to get to work with the digitalisation of the public sector, which is completely in line with our efforts to simplify things for people with the help of technology, design and communication,” says Lars Stugemo, CEO and President HiQ.

The framework agreement was entered with the state purchasing centre at Kammarkollegiet. The centre concludes coordinated framework agreements to streamline the purchase of goods and services that are procured by public authorities often, in large volumes or are of great value. Since this is a centralised government framework agreement, HiQ can now deliver to all authorities in the country as well as most municipalities and county councils.

“Over the years, we have built up a storehouse of knowledge on how to simplify and improve things for people by using technology. To be able to use our knowledge and experience from many different areas to develop important societal functions such as health care, schools and social welfare is very positive,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

The procurement covers software and services primarily used in health and dental care, municipal welfare services, preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities. This could include scheduling, educational tools, student support, route planning, preventive health care, patient management or personal contact with care recipients. The procurement includes consultancy services such as installation, configuration, migration, project management, system administration, system development, testing and training.

“HiQ has previously had several framework agreements for system development and information management with Kammarkollegiet, and this is clear proof that they are satisfied with our work,” says Stugemo.
