Klas Nyström appointed new MD of HiQ’s Karlskrona subsidiary

Klas Nyström has been appointed as the new Managing Director of HiQ’s subsidiary HiQ Karlskrona AB following the decision by the current Managing Director Arne Borg to leave the company. Klas Nyström joins HiQ from a managerial position at Telenor Sweden. Arne Borg will continue to be involved with HiQ as a member of the Board of directors of HiQ Karlskrona AB.

Today HiQ Karlskrona is a significant player in this region and enjoys good cooperation with the large telecoms companies in the county of Blekinge. We have a stable business which is developing well and which has many skilled staff, and together we have built up HiQ Karlskrona. Being part of this journey has been an enjoyable, stimulating and challenging task. I am proud of having been a part of HiQ in recent years and I am looking forward to seeing the company continue to develop under the leadership of Klas Nyström,” says Arne Borg, departing Managing Director of HiQ Karlskrona.

Klas Nyström joins HiQ from a managerial position at Telenor Sweden and prior to that held a number of positions as a consultant and manager with various players in the telecoms industry over the past 15 years.
