The Nomination Committee of HiQ proposes Ann Hellenius as Board member of HiQ

The Nomination Committee of HiQ has resolved to propose the Annual General Meeting 2019 to elect Ann Hellenius as new Board member.

Ann Hellenius, born1974, is currently CIO of Scandic Hotels Group. The Nomination Committee’s view is that Ann Hellenius’ skills will strengthen the Board, through her experiences in the consultancy industry and today’s and future demands from the buyers of HiQ’s services.

"We are very happy that Ann has accepted to be a part of the HiQ Board. Ann will with her competences further strengthen an already strong and well-functioning Board”, says Joachim Spetz, chairman of the Nomination Committee.

HiQ’s Nomination Committee has the following members: Joachim Spetz (Swedbank Robur fonder), Charlotta Faxén (Lannebo Fonder), Johan Strandberg (SEB Investment Management) and Gunnel Duveblad (Chairman of HiQ).
