The Nomination Committee of HiQ proposes Susanne Ehnbåge as new Board member

The Nomination Committee of HiQ has resolved to propose the Annual General Meeting 2018 to elect Susanne Ehnbåge as new Board member.

Susanne Ehnbåge, born1979, is currently President and CEO of the Netonnet Group but will during 2018 take over as CEO of Lindex. The Nomination Committee’s view is that Susanne Ehnbåges’ skills will strengthen the Board, not least through her experiences in transformation to more online-based sales.

"We are very happy that Susanne has accepted to be a part of the HiQ Board. Susanne will with her competences further strengthen an already strong and well-functioning Board”, says Joachim Spetz, chairman of the Nomination Committee.

HiQ’s Nomination Committee has the following members: Joachim Spetz (Swedbank Robur fonder), Maria Rengefors (Nordea fonder), Johan Strandberg (SEB Investment Management) and Gunnel Duveblad (Chairman of HiQ).
