Tranche I of HiQ´s staff warrants programme

Tranche I of HiQ´s staff warrants programme Tranche I (Warrants 2004/2006) of HiQ´s staff warrants programme, decided by the AGM on the 29th of April 2004, has been completed. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 561 400 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 1 share. Subscription for shares can take place from 1 May to 31 May 2006, at issue price SEK 16.20. Total dilution of share capital after all outstanding warrants programmes is 2.8 per cent.
