Tranche II of HiQ's staff warrants programme

Tranche II (Warrants 2004/2006) of HiQ´s staff warrants programme, decided by the AGM on the 29th of April 2004, has been issued. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 305 700 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 1 share. Subscription for shares can take place from 1 November to 31 November 2006, at issue price SEK 17.90. Total dilution of share capital after all outstanding warrants programmes is 1.7 per cent.
