Tranche III (2000/2003) of HiQ's staff warrants programme

Tranche III (2000/2003) of HiQ´s staff warrants programme, approved by the AGM on the 25 May 2000, has been completed. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 4380 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 10 shares. Total dilution of share capital after all warrants programmes is just over 3 per cent.
