Tranche III of HiQ´s staff warrants programme Tranche III (Warrants 2002/2004) of HiQ´s staff warrants programme, approved by the AGM on the 2nd of May 2002, has been completed. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 254 300 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 1 share. Total dilution of share capital after all warrants programmes is 4.0 per cent.
