Tranche IV of HiQ´s staff warrants programme

Tranche IV of HiQ´s staff warrants programme Tranche IV (Warrants 2001/2004 Tranche 1) of HiQ´s staff warrants programme, approved by the AGM on the 25 May 2000, has been completed. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 3840 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 10 shares. Total dilution of share capital after all warrants programmes is 3 per cent.
